Dear Laura, never did I think introducing you to my in-laws would be as great of a gift as it was! You were amazing from beginning to end. You put my in-laws at ease as much as possible and became the ONLY ONE they trusted to assist with the huge task of moving. You allowed them to digest in small increments the difficult task of downsizing, kept them on schedule, planned the exit from their home in great detail, and of course did an OUTSTANDING job of designing their new home and selecting all the finishes and furnishings. If that wasn't enough, the packers and movers hired along with the unpacking implementation were tremendous. So many times we would comment that you treated our parents as if they were your own. “In 2023, we undertook a bathroom and walk-in closet renovation that went sour. Ultimately, our beautiful 1924 home was left with two disappointing, half-finished, shoddily constructed rooms that caused us a great deal of anxiety. We knew we would have to involve every trade again for both rooms, but were burned out on the process, and needed project management. We contacted Laura at order after a targeted internet search in early 2024. From the first consultation, Laura put our minds at ease. She was very knowledgeable about the construction/renovation business, precise, and, of course, organized! She had wonderful suggestions for layout and design, answered our questions thoroughly, and made us feel that we would be well taken care of during the project. She consistently went above and beyond, making the paperwork, ordering, and decision-making as easy for us as possible.

Laura made herself available for my evening and weekend panicked texts, the strange requests we made to preserve the vintage character of our home, the thousand emails about tub fillers and toilet placement, and so much more. After chatting with her, we always felt incredibly supported and validated in our choices, and we felt that she respected our opinions and suggestions. Going into the project, we had very clear ideas about what we wanted.
